Fertilizer Odor from West of Treatment Plant

Treatment Plant Operators observed a fertilizer odor at approximately 1 p.m. today.   Operators observed a truck spreading fertilizer at a neighboring farm west of the Treatment Plant.  Wind was blowing toward the plant from the west.
