The Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority (WRCRWA) Treatment Plant team is committed to tracking and measuring odors in an effort to better understand and minimize them.
Solution Process
WRCRWA receives an odor complaint from the call center, the call center assistant will ask the caller for information to attempt to identify the source. When an e-form is received, WRCRWA staff will investigate the odor complaint as soon as possible. Staff investigates by going to the area that is potentially affected and checking for possible odor causes. The WRCRWA team is sensitive to the community’s odor concerns and is committed to addressing odor complaints in a timely manner.

If you are experiencing odors, please immediately fill out a complaint form, so that the WRCRWA team has the best chance of identifying the odor and correcting it.
WRCRWA staff will investigate online submissions for odor concern and will post findings on this website within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) and 72 hours on weekends. Your submission will remain anonymous.
