The Western Riverside County Regional Wastewater Authority (WRCRWA) Treatment Plant team is committed to tracking and measuring odors on a regular basis in an effort to better understand and minimize them.

WRCRWA  receives an odor complaint from the call center, the call center assistant will ask the caller for information to attempt to identify the source. When an e-from is received, WRCRWA staff will investigate the odor complaint as soon as possible.Staff investigates by going to the area that is potentially affected and checking for possible odor causes. The WRCRWA team is sensitive to the community’s odor concerns and is committed to addressing odor complaints in a timely manner.

WRCRWA staff will investigate online submissions for odor concern and will post findings on the wrcrwa.org homepage within 24 hours (M-F) and 72 hours on weekends. Your submission will remain anonymous.
